We would be looking at a start date for August/September in line with the college course start date.

 

The role 

As an Apprentice Multi-Skilled Technician you will carry out a range of property repairs, installations and maintenance tasks across multiple trades (for example, joinery, plumbing, plastering, mould cleans and general building work). This will involve shadowing and supporting senior operatives to gain hands on experience as well as attending college and completing all required apprenticeship coursework and assessments.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues, learning core trade skills, health & safety, quality standards, and customer service to progress toward becoming a fully qualified multi‑skilled operative.

 

The right fit 

  • You must be willing to learn and work across various trades.
  • You have good communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
  • You have a positive and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely following health & safety procedures.
  • Basic problem solving and practical skills are essential.
  • A full UK driving license or working towards one would be advantageous but not essential.

Ecogee specialise in providing both retrofit and new build solutions that make homes more energy efficient. Our services include; fabric insulation, ventilation systems, and renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps and solar panels. 

Originally established in 2012, we were set up in response to the Government’s energy efficiency programme to tackle fuel poverty and reduce carbon emissions.
